Refunds & Returns Policy

At InfraHeal our policy is simple, if you are not happy with the product, return it for your money back. 


    • If you are unhappy about your purchase, feel free to send us the product back within 30 days and we will refund your money. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if you have had the item for more than 30 days (from the day the product arrives). 
    • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

    • The time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on where you live.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 - 5 business days (AU Customers) and up to 7 days for non-Australian customers.
    • For Canadian customers: Due to Canadian customs duties law, you are required to pay a customs duties fee prior to receiving your order. The fee will vary depending on the value of your order and your local customs duties law. This has been stated in the shipping section at the checkout. You will not be eligible for a refund if you have placed the order and refuse to pay the customs duties fee once it arrives. 
    Requirements of return:

    We will only accept the return of products purchased from our site for a refund where:
    - the goods being returned are received back in good condition and its original packaging within 30 days
    - a completed return form accompanying the item in good condition.

    To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, we have implemented the following policy:

    Items purchased at a pre-sale price are not eligible for upgrades or exchanges to the same or different item at the sale price, or partial refunds. Customers who purchase an item at a pre-sale price within 7 days of the sale and then request an upgrade during the sale period will be offered a store credit for the original purchase price, upon return of the item in original condition. Purchaser to pay shipping costs. Store credit can be used towards the purchase of a different item or a future sale.
    All of our products have warranty (at least 12 months) and the duration of the warranty period varies with each product. The warranty terms are available on the product page of the item purchased.
