Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds
  • If you experience any product faults, feel free return the product and we will refund your money or issue a replacement. All of our products have a product replacement warranty, so refunds or replacements are accepted even after 30 days of having the device in any case of product faults. 
  • For change of mind or buyers remorse: A re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to refunds based on change of mind or buyers remorse. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if you have had the item for more than 30 days (from the day the product arrives) and then changed your mind. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging (does not apply in the case of product faults).

  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on where you live.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to collect and review the returned product (from the day the it arrives).
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days (AU Customers) and up to 7 days for non-Australian customers.
  • For Canadian customers: Due to Canadian customs duties law, you are required to pay a customs duties fee prior to receiving your order. The fee will vary depending on the value of your order and your local customs duties law. This has been stated in the shipping section at the checkout. You will not be eligible for a refund if you have placed the order and refuse to pay the customs duties fee once it arrives. 

Return Eligibility Criteria:

To ensure fairness for all customers, we have the following return policy:


Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only if:
1. The product is faulty and the customer can provide photo / video proof of the fault.
2. You received an incorrect product or variant different from your original order.
3. Change of mind or buyer's remorse. A re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to refunds based on change of mind or buyers remorse.

Shipping costs on return: 
1. If change of mind / buyers remorse: The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and incur a 20% re-stocking fee if returning their device due to change of mind / buyers remorse.
2. If received faulty product OR received the incorrect product: We will replace the product if the there are any faults and cover shipping costs if the customer decides to return it due to any product faults or has received the incorrect product. 

Pre-Sale Purchase Policy

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, we have implemented the following policy:

Pre-Sale Purchase Policy

Items purchased at a pre-sale price are not eligible for upgrades or exchanges to the same or different item at the sale price, or partial refunds. Customers who purchase an item at a pre-sale price within 7 days of the sale and then request an upgrade during the sale period will be offered a store credit for the original purchase price, upon return of the item in original condition. Purchaser to pay shipping costs. Store credit can be used towards the purchase of a different item or a future sale.

Warranty

All of our products have warranty (at least 12 months) and the duration of the warranty period varies with each product. The warranty terms are available on the product page of the item purchased.
