Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 30-day return period for your peace of mind. Approved items for return can be returned for a refund. All approved items will display a "30-day risk free returns" icon on their products pages.
- Please note: due to hygiene reasons, our Far-Infrared Sauna Blanket, LED Facial Masks and Beauty Facial Light Therapy Massagers cannot be returned and are non-refundable. However, these products will still be eligible for a replacement under their product replacement warranty if in the case of a product fault.
- Approved items purchased from InfraHeal can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible to return or exchange your item, your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged with no alterations, along with all accessories that came with it (user manuals, power cords, stands etc.).
- Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange if you have had the item for more than 30 days and then have changed your mind.
- If you experience any product faults with your device, we will replace your product once you have provided us with sufficient photo / video evidence of the fault. If the product has been confirmed as faulty, we will then organise a replacement item of the same model. A majority of our devices include a 2 year product replacement warranty.
- You must ensure to read and understand the product specifications and warranty period prior to purchasing.
- The time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive at our return address may vary depending on where you live.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 2 - 5 business days, depending on your bank.
All our exchanges or returns are subject to the following conditions:
- InfraHeal must take receipt of the return or exchange product within 30 days of your order delivery. Please allow sufficient return shipping time for the item to receive at our return address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the product to us.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on our Far-Infrared Light Sauna Blanket, LED Facial Mask & Beauty Facial Light Therapy Massagers so please consider this before purchasing these items.
Shipping costs on return:
- If change of mind / buyers remorse: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
- If faulty product: All our products have a replacement warranty. In order to be eligible for a replacement, you must provide us with photo / video proof of the fault. As soon as the photo / video evidence of the fault has been provided to us and has been approved, we will issue you a replacement.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited to the same account as the account from which the original payment was made.
- If an order is having items returned for a refund and it included a free gift, the free gift is also required to be returned to be eligible for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned the full price of the gift item will be deducted from any refund provided.
- Refunds will not be issued until the product has been returned to our return address in its original condition, including all accessories that came with it.
Pre-Sale Purchase Policy
To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, we have implemented the following policy:
Items purchased at a pre-sale price are not eligible for upgrades or exchanges to the same or different item at the sale price.
