InfraHeal Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
By joining the InfraHeal Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness, transparency, and the integrity of our affiliate partnerships.
1. Eligibility & Purpose
The InfraHeal Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals who refer new customers to our brand through authentic sharing of their experiences, content, or recommendations. Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link and/or discount code.
2. Use of Affiliate Link & Discount Code
2.1. Intended Use
Your affiliate link and discount code are intended strictly for your audience, followers, friends and family members. This includes sharing via your social media platforms, website, blog, or other community-based channels (online & in person).
2.2. Personal Use is Strictly Prohibited
Important: You may not use your own affiliate link or code to purchase products for yourself or on behalf of others for personal use to receive commission. This includes purchases made:
- Orders made using your affiliate link or discount code by you directly
- Orders placed using an alternate or fake customer account created by you
- Or by someone acting on your behalf
2.3. Misuse & Manipulation
Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the affiliate program - such as generating commission from your own orders or orders placed by close contacts on your behalf for personal gain is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, placing orders using fake or alternate accounts and using your code in any way that is not a genuine referral.
Our affiliate referral system actively monitors for suspicious activity, and we reserve the right to investigate and identify irregular patterns that suggest misuse. If detected, InfraHeal may reject associated commissions and deactivate the affiliate account without notice.
If misuse is detected, InfraHeal reserves the right to:
- Void commission from those orders
- Cancel your affiliate account
- Cancel pending commission payouts
- Take further action if necessary
3. Payment Terms
Commission is paid out only on verified sales that meet the terms outlined above. Orders flagged as self-purchases or suspicious activity will not be eligible for commission.
Affiliates must provide valid and complete payment information in order to receive payouts. Failure to do so may delay or cancel commission payments.
4. Termination
InfraHeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if we believe there has been:
- Breach of these terms
- Misrepresentation of the brand
- Fraudulent or unethical behavior
5. Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email.
