Mat and Pod: Our custom-built Mat and Pod both emit 4 powerful wavelengths of red and near-infrared light in a patent-pending design. The Mat is single-sided and lies flat under or over you. The Pod is about twice the size and wraps around your front and back at once, and it also unfolds flat so two people can use it together.

Panels: stand upright in front of you and use 7–8 science-backed wavelengths, depending on the model. They suit people who prefer standing or seated sessions, or who want to target specific areas at different distances.

All InfraHeal panels use 7–8 science-backed wavelengths of red and near-infrared light. The main difference is size and coverage:

• Lite: compact, for targeted areas and smaller spaces.
• Pro and Max: upper-body to full-body coverage for everyday home use. The Max is our best-selling panel.
• ELITE and ULTRA: our largest panels, for the widest full-body coverage at home or in a clinic.

Many red light devices sold online have not been assessed by any regulator. InfraHeal devices are different:

• Included on the ARTG. Our Panels, Mat and Pod are included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (panels: ARTG 452667; Mat and Pod: ARTG 433074), the register maintained by the TGA. They are also FDA listed in the United States.
• ISO 13485 certified manufacturing. Made by a manufacturer certified to ISO 13485, the international quality standard for medical devices.
• More wavelengths. Our Panels use 7–8 science-backed wavelengths and our Mat and Pod use 4, where many generic devices use only 1 or 2.
• Australian owned and operated. Designed by an Australian team, with lifetime customer support, a 60-day guarantee and a product and parts replacement warranty.

Red light therapy works best with regular, consistent use, which is hard to keep up with clinic appointments. A home device can be used every day by the whole household, with no travel or booking, for years. You can try it at home for 60 days with our guarantee, and spread the cost with Afterpay or Zip.

Most sessions take about 10 minutes per area, once a day. Use it at the same time each day, morning or evening, so it becomes part of your routine.

• Panels: position the panel at the distance recommended in your manual, switch on, set the timer and relax standing or seated. Turn around to do your back.
• Mat and Pod: lay it on a bed, couch or the floor, plug it in, switch on and set the timer. With the Pod, close it around you to cover your front and back at once.
• Wearables: wrap the Flexi Pad, Flexi Wrap or JointWrap around the area and switch on.

Light works best on bare skin, so wear minimal clothing over the area you're using it on.

Not at all. Every device plugs into a power point and is ready to use within minutes. Panels can sit on a base stand (available as a set) or be positioned at your preferred height. Your manual and product page list the recommended distance for your panel. As a general rule, closer gives a stronger session over a smaller area, and further away gives a gentler session over a larger area. Start at the recommended distance and adjust to what feels comfortable.

Everyone is different. Many people say they feel relaxed after their first few sessions. Changes to skin, recovery or wellbeing build up over time, so we recommend using your device consistently for at least 4–8 weeks to see how it works for you.

You'll feel a gentle warmth, mainly from the near-infrared light, but it won't heat up like a sauna. If it feels too warm, shorten the session or add a thin layer of fabric between you and the device.

The light is very bright, so we recommend wearing protective glasses, especially when using a panel at close range or on your face. A pair of InfraHeal protective glasses is included with every panel order.

Yes. Every device can be shared by the whole household, and the Pod unfolds flat so two people can use it at the same time.

Red and near-infrared light do not emit any harmful ultraviolet (UV) light, so they don't tan or burn your skin like sunlight or a sunbed. Our Panels, Mat and Pod are included on the ARTG, FDA listed, and made under ISO 13485 certified quality standards, so you know what you're using has been through proper regulatory and quality processes.

Please speak with your doctor or healthcare professional before use if you're pregnant, take medication that increases sensitivity to light, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether red light therapy is right for you.

Red and near-infrared light are absorbed by the mitochondria, the energy-producing parts of your cells. Red light is absorbed mainly in the skin's outer layers, while near-infrared light reaches deeper into muscle and tissue. This process is called photobiomodulation. Learn more about the science

Most Australian orders arrive within 3–8 business days, and most international orders within 4–9 business days. Rural and regional addresses can take a little longer, and busy sale periods may add a few days.

We ship orders primarily from our Meadowbrook, QLD warehouse facility. We also ship from our overseas warehouses, depending on stock availability and your location.

Yes. We offer Afterpay or Zip at checkout to spread the cost of your order.

Our red light therapy panels, mats, pods and wearables come with a 60-day guarantee, so you can try them at home. If you’re not happy, contact us to arrange a return.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on personal-use items, such as the LED Face Mask, Facial Massager and Sauna Blanket. These items are still fully covered by their product warranty if anything is faulty.

• Red light therapy panels: 3 years
• Wearables, LED Face Mask and Facial Massager: 2 years
• Red Light Mat, Red Light Pod and Sauna Blanket: 1 year

The warranty period for every device is listed on its product page.
