Both the Red Light Mat & Pod emit TWO Wavelengths of Red (660nm) and Near-Infrared (850nm) Light.

The Red Light Mat:
The Red Light Mat has a total of 1280 high powered LEDs, whereas the Red Light POD has a total of 2440 high powered LEDs.

The Pod:
The Pod is twice the size of the mat and provides full-body coverage, wrapping around both the front and back simultaneously, similar to a sleeping bag. Additionally, it can be unfolded and laid flat, allowing two people to use it at the same time. You can read more about the Red Light POD here.

Red Light Therapy Panels:
Our Panel Range ALL emit five distinct wavelengths of red (630nm, 660nm) and near-infrared (810nm, 830nm, 850nm) light. Each panel has an irradiance of approximately 172 mw/cm². While they share the same therapeutic purposes as our Red Light Mat and Pod, the panels are designed for vertical placement in front of the body, unlike the mat and pod which are used horizontally. Ultimately, the choice between the two depends on your personal preferences and treatment goals.
