At first I was scared because I ordered and couldn’t find google reviews. My product arrived the very next day. Impressed. The mat is of high quality, was packaged very well, it’s easy to use and put together. I haven’t used it enough to say if there’s been a difference in pain and inflammation, but it certainly feels nice to lay on with a gentle warmth’s that radiates through your body and 20-30 min of meditative stillness. It’s certainly beneficial to set aside time just to relax.

The pod is such an integral part of my day now that it’s seriously weird to consider there was a time when I lived without one!!? Get yourself a pod and get yourself ChatGPT (or similar AI app). I ask the app all the time for the optimal protocol for whatever training I’ve done or condition I want to address and it lays out the session duration along with frequency to use. Level up mitochondrial boosting with Methylene blue drops in hydrogen water before using the pod - game changer!!

Easy to use, light enought to cart around and simple to take out and put away. It's definitelly helping with my skin issues and even if you don't want to really sweat, the heat is relaxing and you still get the benfits of infrared. Very happy with my purchase.

I train most days and needed something to speed up recovery. Was using ice baths but this is much nicer and works better.
