I had a membership to a tanning salon for the use of the red light, It was costly and sometimes hard to get in for an appointment that worked for my schedule, now that I have my own in my home eczema flare ups are easier to get in front of. I reached out because I didn't realise the remote had to be plugged into the mask . Great communication from company and it lit up beautifully. I generally fall asleep when it's on.
