How to use your panel
- Session: about 10 minutes per area, once a day. Consistency matters more than session length.
- Distance: 3–24 inches (about 8–60 cm) from the panel. Closer gives a stronger session over a smaller area; further away gives a gentler session over a larger area.
- Position: stand or sit facing the panel with the area uncovered, then turn around to do your back.
- Eyes: wear the included protective eyewear, especially when near-infrared mode is on, and never stare directly into the LEDs.
Use it at the same time each day, morning or evening, so it becomes part of your routine.

Which InfraHeal panel is right for me?
Every InfraHeal panel uses 7 or 8 red and near-infrared wavelengths, depending on the model. The main difference is size, which decides how much of your body each session covers:
- Lite (about 53 cm tall): compact, for targeted areas such as the face, shoulders or knees, and for smaller spaces.
- Pro and Max (about 1 metre tall): cover a large area of the body in one session. The Max is our best-selling panel.
- ELITE (about 136 cm tall): covers more of the body at once, for quicker full-body sessions.
- ULTRA (about 166 cm tall): our largest panel, for head-to-toe sessions at home or in a clinic.

Why do multiple wavelengths matter?
Different wavelengths are absorbed at different depths. Red light is absorbed mainly in the skin's outer layers, while near-infrared light reaches deeper into muscle and joint tissue.
Every InfraHeal panel combines 7 or 8 carefully selected wavelengths across both red and near-infrared light, so a single session covers the skin's surface through to deeper tissue. Many generic panels use only 1 or 2 wavelengths.
What makes InfraHeal panels different from cheaper panels sold online?

How do I set up or mount my panel?
Your panel plugs into a standard power point and is ready to use within minutes. Every panel comes with a door hanging set. For easy height adjustment, choose a set with a stand on this page. Sets cost less than buying the stand separately.
Can I sit down during a session?
Yes. Many people sit on a chair or stool facing the panel, or use it while reading, stretching or relaxing. Adjust the panel height so it lines up with the area you're targeting.
Can one panel be shared by the whole household?
Yes. Each person simply has their own session. Larger panels such as the Max, ELITE and ULTRA cover more of the body at once, which makes sessions quicker for couples and families.
Does the panel get hot?
You'll feel gentle warmth, mainly from the near-infrared light, but a panel won't heat you up like a sauna. If it feels too warm, step back a little.
Do your panels emit EMF?
Our panels are designed and tested for ultra-low EMF output, equivalent to most of your daily household electronic devices. Read more about EMF and electronics.
When will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different. Many people say they feel relaxed after their first few sessions. Changes to skin, recovery or wellbeing build up over time, so we recommend daily use for at least 4–8 weeks to see how it works for you.
Is it safe, and who should check with their doctor first?
Red and near-infrared light do not emit harmful ultraviolet (UV) light, so they don't tan or burn your skin. Our panels are included on the ARTG, FDA listed and made under ISO 13485 certified quality standards.
