Science-Backed Benefits
Pain Relief

Red Light Therapy helps relieve painful processes caused by lack of oxygen in damaged tissue by enhancing blood flow and oxygen delivery where it’s needed.
Muscle Repair

Recent clinical studies have shown red and near-infrared light can repair muscle, enhance athletic performance, and support the recovery process following exercise or injury.
Enhance Recovery

Red and near-infrared light therapy can be used to speed up recovery and combat muscle fatigue, improving oxygenation, nutrient delivery, toxin removal, and cellular healing.
Heal Painful Inflammation Faster

Studies have shown that Red and Near-Infrared Light can help energise the mitochondria and promote mitochondrial health, it directly impacts anti-inflammation processes and helps to reduce inflammation & pain.
Improved Joint Mobility & Reduced Stiffness

Red and near-infrared light (660nm, 850nm, 940nm) supports cellular energy production in joint tissues, which can help reduce stiffness and improve ease of movement. This may assist people with knee pain, arthritis, or post-injury stiffness to move more comfortably over time with regular use.
Support for Cartilage & Connective Tissue Health

Near-infrared wavelengths, particularly 850nm and 940nm, penetrate deeper into joint structures and surrounding connective tissue. This may support collagen-related processes important for maintaining healthy cartilage, tendons, and ligaments that contribute to long-term knee function.

Knee & Shoulder Wrap FAQs
What is a red light knee and shoulder wrap?
It is a wearable LED wrap that holds red and near-infrared light close to the knee or shoulder, so you can use red light therapy hands-free without holding a device in place.
Does the wrap fit both knees and shoulders?
Yes. The wrap is shaped for both the knee and the shoulder, and includes two extra straps so it can be adjusted to fit a range of sizes.
What wavelengths does the Knee & Shoulder Wrap use?
It uses three wavelengths: 660nm red light, and 850nm and 940nm near-infrared light, with 60 LEDs and a listed irradiance of 108 mW/cm² at the surface.
What is the difference between red and near-infrared light?
They are different wavelength ranges. Red light is visible to the eye, while near-infrared wavelengths are longer and less readily visible. The wrap combines both in one device.
Is the wrap cordless?
Yes. It has a built-in rechargeable battery with up to 3–4 hours of use per charge, and comes with a detachable remote control, power plug and USB-C charging cable.
Should I choose the Knee & Shoulder Wrap or the Flexi Wrap?
Choose the Knee & Shoulder Wrap if you mainly want to use it on your knees or shoulders. Choose the Flexi Red Light Wrap for a wider range of joints and smaller areas, such as the neck, elbows and wrists. For larger areas such as the back, see the Flexi Red Light Therapy Pad.
How often can I use the wrap?
Once a day is recommended. Always follow the instructions supplied in the user manual, and speak with your healthcare professional if you are unsure whether the device is right for you.
Is the wrap safe to use?
The wrap uses UV-free LED light and a low-EMF design, and holds FDA, ISO13485 and RoHS approvals. Always follow the safety guidance supplied with your device.
What warranty and shipping are included?
The Knee & Shoulder Wrap includes free worldwide shipping, a 1-year product replacement warranty and a 60-day guarantee. Orders ship via Australia Post, UPS or FedEx Express, usually within 4–8 business days, with regional areas sometimes taking longer.
