It's been over 2 months since I have contacted Infraheal about my faulty item and they still haven't been able to replace or refund. The LED lights stop working after a short while, some of the lights are also overheating and burning.

I train most days and needed something to speed up recovery. Was using ice baths but this is much nicer and works better.

Perfect for after a long day on your feet.

Happy with the results so far. My skin looks fresher, and Ive noticed less tension in my shoulders after using it regularly. The panel feels solid and well-made, and the light output is really strong. Only reason Im giving four stars instead of five is the weight its quite heavy to move around so not ideal if you plan on shifting it between rooms. But that being said I am quite small. Once it is all set up, it certainly works as described.

Lovely design, powerful light, and it doesnt overheat the space like some other panels Ive tried. Its part of my daily wellness now. Ive had stubborn back pain for years and this is the first thing thats made a proper difference.

I really love using this for its heat and massage features. It definitely helps with headaches and tension. I use it before putting on makeup in the morning for its different light features and 5 min. before going to bed.

It works well for dogs too, I use it for both myself and pets, theres plenty of evidence that supports the benefits of RLT! And this mat makes RLT treatment so much easier !
