Getting started is simple and user-friendly.  No complex setup needed.

Standard Therapy: 10-15 minute therapy with a distance between 3-24 inches from your device is recommended. 

Frequency: To get the most out of your device, consistency is key. We recommend using this device once daily. However, using it 2-3 times a day may be helpful for symptomatic areas. 

Safety: Red & Near-Infrared light therapy is safe and does not emit harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. Turn it on, relax and enjoy the amazing healing benefits in the comfort of your own home. It is safe and simple to use for all ages.

Eyes: This product includes eye protection (goggles). Eye protection should be used when NIR mode is on. Do not stare directly into the LEDs.
